"Most likely it'll happen sometime after Christmas..."

Hey, maybe it's because people spend more during Christmas.

Yeah Glenn...versus the slaughter they've already experienced in wages, health care, standard of living under republican administrations

Its one thing to talk about issues to get people to think (even if it may be the wrong type of thinking), but to instill unadulterated fear into people without basis is grossly irresponsible and contemptable. And to think they think this guy is genuine in his concern for America. The only thing he cares about is selling books. He exploites the hell out of people's ignorance and fear for financial gain.

I'm surprised there isn't a civil war at this rate. This guy is taking everything way too far and clearly he's saying the poor should know their place. It's a shame the same poor people are the ones fighting the battle for the rich. I don't think the regular people want to fight but are just looking for a fighting chance. Beck is trying to pass himself off as poor but he's just another rich guy making money off of the plight and anger of the poor. I'm sure when people wake p in the morning or go to sleep at night the don't think of all these talking points. They just hope to put food on the table and not get sick.

Republicans seem to fight for everything that is bad for you and a way to control how you should live your personal life in terms of love and other personal issues. He's showing the world how easy it is to be uneducated and live of fame. Unfortunately his fame is from exploiting the worries of the less fortunate. This is what was meant by clinging to Guns and Bibles.

The world is getting more twisted everyday and the worse it gets the better off people like Beck are. It's clear the rich stand to lose a lot from an educated and well off world. Less people will buy into gimmicks and the rich who have had it so easy will have to start thinking in order to make money.

We are already being slaughtered as the rich sell bad ideas like gas guzzlers so the oil companies can make money. When people figure it out for themselves you end up with economical and efficient cars. These are the situations the rich are trying to avoid.

Conservatism now just means use god and fear to keep us rich. Take that away and you have issue that the right would rather not address. This is what he means by getting slaughtered.

Why is it that most conservative leaders are rich people who are selling ideas on how the got rich. Most of them are where they are because they inherited the money or did/are doing some awful things to other people.

I would like to think most people who are rich from providing useful things to the world are not conservatives and most people who are rich from making bombs and drilling for oil are conservative no mater where they live in the world.

These are the people he is trying to protect from "slaughter". Their profits stand to suffer if people start demanding things that are good for them. They just don't want to think about how to make money from doing the right thing. There's no one who could ever be against you being wealth from doing the right thing.

It's Bush and Cheney that managed to get the Republican party slaughtered at the polls.

Too bad they killed so many people in real life while doing so.

Sigmund Freud said it best! Psychological projection (or projection bias) is the unconscious act of denial of a person's own attributes, thoughts, and emotions, which are ascribed to the outside world, like the weather, the government, a tool or another person or people. Projection is one of the most profound and subtle of human psychological processes, and extremely difficult to work with, because by its nature it is hidden. It is the fundamental mechanism by which we keep ourselves uninformed about ourselves.
