      I'm sooooooo relieved and thankful to have the opinion of media millionaires who have no worries about how they'll pay for whatever medical emergency befalls them or their families. Who better to empathize and identify with those who are losing their homes, their life savings, or their lives to skyrocketing medical costs? What a wonderful service media millionaires provide (to their fellow millionaires).

        Who better to empathize the plight of the uninsured than Nancy Pelosi, multi-millionaire from California. The EPITOME of liberal elitism. Last check revealed her and her hubby are worth over 125 million. Now there's a keen perspective for ya!

          Which is exactly why someone like her wishing to increase medical care availability for the poor is all the more commendable. The fact that you would denounce it displays either your utter lack of sense or of values. Which is it?

          I don't expect empathy from Pelosi, either. I expect results. As an elected representative, not a media millionaire, she's responsible for getting things done, not bringing home a huge paycheck in return for spewing her slanted views on TV. If she's not getting things done, she should be thrown out of office by the voters.

          Maybe you can tell me though, how is Pelosi an elitist if she is wealthy and favors legislation that's intended to benefit those that are far less fortunate than her but could raise her own taxes?

            No problem, but we English Majors (or Liberal [!!!!] Arts graduates) occasionally have to vent a bit of error. With some of the misspellings and grammar errors, it builds up.

            OH: here's a nmemonic for two commonly misused homonyms (sound-alike words)
            They're affecting their effect there.

              As a fellow (former) English major, I almost feel compelled to point out your misspelling of "mnemonic," but considering the two letters' proximity on the keyboard I think we can probably just chalk it up to an innocent typing error. As a friend of mine once said, "I just realized that "g" and "t" are adjacent on the keyboard. Sometimes I type carelessly. I really need to stop closing my emails with the word 'regards.'"

                Sorry, I remembered I hadn't voted yet, and was probably in a hurry to take care of it and get groceries......
                hmmmm the Firefox spell checker should have been a giveaway... but there are many words (D'oh, hmmmm right here) that it doesn't have.

      I saw this segment last night, even though we don't have cable (a local restaurant owner feels he ought to indoctrinate his customers; oh well, it keeps me from eating too much). My first thought was, "Yes, he certainly is the worst Bill ever."

      "I want unfettered capitalism ... I'm not saying ... no oversight!" Cavuto can't even keep his own anti-government stance straight; why should anyone take his word on a bill of this size?

      I'd love to see them try to read a bill they did like. 'Cause good bills are easy for folks like Cavuto to read, right? Not like the US Code is complicated or anything!
