          Then the end of days must be here because even O'Reilly appeared reasonable recently.

          I forgot what he seemed reasonable about though. It was reasonable compared to one of his guests.

            Yes, I have seen that, too! But then, when you wind up Jabba the Rush or Gloom Dreck, well then he does sound reasonable, and he might even seem charming (The View on Friday.) Truly, the end of days must be upon us.

              O'Reilly plays a cynical game. He pretends to be reasonable, but he lets his guests do the dirty work, giving them free reign to smear without regard for truth, before politely saying that he disagrees with that last part.

        Robinson is a Liberal lapdog. His bias makes his opinions on Republican and/or Conservatives about as useful as Limbaugh's opinion on Dem/Libs.

        As a Conservative I would like to see the Republican party represent Conservative ideals. And no, that's not the same thing as the far Right radical loony crap...

          Actually, no. Eugene Robinson is a very level-headed individual who speaks to the inanity of the current political atmosphere.

          As a conservative, I don't CARE if there is ANY party representing "conservative" ideals. I will vote for whomever I feel represents the interests of my country, my community, my family and me to the best of his/her ability without the necessity nor the obligation of loyalty to a political club coming first. That's what the Founding Fathers intended . . . it's a shame that we deviated from that intention.

            Actually Bintx, I used to somewhat agree with that statement. But over the past year or so I've seen/heard/read Robinson enough to see him slant Left repeatedly. He's on board with the Dems on every issue. That leaves me believing he ain't exactly fair & balanced.

            I happen to agree with 90%, give or take, of the Conservative message & believe it better represents the interests of my country & it's citizens.

            But isn't it nice that we can disagree without fear of reprisals. Hey that's another thing that makes this country so great
