Like stating there were a 1000 jobs created when there were zero. The AP story hit the 'net Wednesday night. The AP actually called some of the reporting employees - what a novel idea! The article said the limited research they did showed that the numbers were overstated "by the thousands." The report, which the WH later Wednesday night said they had corrected, was still up on the web-site Thursday morning.
$787 Billion for 30,000 jobs. That's about $26 million per job so far! Great job, Obama!
Your source on this info would be? Such information as I see says its less than a quarter to the the states and they haven't spent what they've been given so far.
The bill got watered down in an attempt at biparitsanship. It needed to be larger per Paul Krugman.
So how many jobs have been created by capitalists exclusive of the stimulus bill funds and secondary effects of it?
How important is it for you for this to fail?
