Huh? What the heck is Beck rambling about now?
In regards to home daycare, if you babysit a certain amount of children daily in your home in many states you are considered a DAYCARE and need a license to operate- it has been that way looooong before President Obama.

Yes, I had two neighbor children into my home when my daughters were small, so I had to be liscenced, even though I wasn't getting paid, and that was 20 years ago, now.

Beck needed a trampoline to get from "a neighbor filed a complaint" to "the government says friends can't drop off their kids". If he actually sees a connection there, he's an ignoramus. Otherwise, he's telling lies. There are NO other options.

Which is it, Glennda? Stoopid or lying?

I've tried to teach my dog to read. Over and over, endless hours of teaching - he just doesn't get it.

I dispute this idea of "cognitive dissonance" with Glenn, there has to be cognition before there can be cognitive dissonance. I'm not so sure that Glenn is capable of cognition.

Probably something along the lines of,

"Why did he get a Portugese dog? Isn't a good old AMERICAN dog not GOOD ENOUGH for the President of the United States!"

When is the general population going to come to the realization that these people are against education? That they are, in fact, pro-ignorance?! They're anti-science, incrediblly biased revisionist historians, and mostly led by HS grad's and college dropouts who couldn;t pass a civics, economics, scicence or history exam if they're lives depended on it?

It is truly scary how frightened we're becoming of KNOWLEDGE, of REASON, or EDUCATAION, of enabling people to THINK FOR THEMSELVES. It's truly disgusting. How can ANYONE buy into this crap? It's just gone too far. This has now officially surpassed nonsense and moved into the realm of madness.

These people and this philosphy hs to go, NOW, and relegated to the dustbin of history, or we are DOOMED as a people!

It stands to reason that they are against education, because almost none of them have anything resembling a higher education. If any of them (Beck, Hannity, Limbaugh, et all) even went to college, they didn't make it through, and yet, we have folks that believe they are "experts" about which everything they speak about.

Amazing, idiots being led by, well, idiots.

This is not to say that people who don't go to college aren't smart, it's just that this representative sample appears to not have much in the way of intelligence, or thinking skills.

Oh my god! More time at school! Beck, like many other conservatives, is opposed to education and intellectual thought.

And his accusation that the government is pushing daycare to indoctrinate... How do they indoctrinate? Really? Does the government hand out lesson plans to day cares? No. This is just an issue between angry neighbors... probably some upset HOA board member who doesn't like seeing people stand around, potentially destroying their yard...
