"You lie": Sanchez calls out Fox for its full-page ad falsely claiming CNN didn't cover tea party protests, adds "we expect an apology"

Way to go, Rick. I saw the phony protests Saturday on several networks and Fox wasn't one of them.

I love that "this is what real news organizations do". Go Rick.

I saw this and it took me awhile to put my jaw back on. It had fallen to the floor.

This reminded me of exchange Joe Welch had with McCarthy:

"I think I never gauged your cruelty or your recklessness[...]" "[...] You've done enough. Have you no sense of decency, sir, at long last? Have you left no sense of decency?"

Fox, have you no sense of decency?????

Rick's still waiting for the apology. I guess the Acorn "undercover journalist" will bring it with them - if they EVER show up for that CNN interview.

Rick! Takin' it to Fox! I hope the other networks follow suit--perhaps literally.

It's about damn time. And FOX viewers should be ostracized...they should be treated as ignorant outcasts. Perhaps eventually they'll get the picture...

But FOX viewers will never know about Sanchez's rebuttal. If it doesn't come from FOX then it doesn't exist in the ignorant, inbred, racist minds of typical FOX viewers.

Fox is really going to great lengths these days to be morons. Now they don't only not investigate before they report. They don't just write their own words into the script and pretend its all true. They don't just make up news stories out of thin air or start their own protests and then, call it newsworthy. But they will now go so far as to make commercials bashing "fellow" news channels (as if FOX is a news channel) and call them out on not reporting a demonstration that FOX itself announced, planned, recruited for and ran. That is bad even for FOX. It would be a bad joke if we didnt know FOX was actually serious. And the kicker is that this story was covered just not obsessively and fraudulently like FOX wanted them to report it like any of these shows would try to emulate FOX at this point.

FOX there are real, honest news programs and there are completely fake entertainment programs and there are almost completely fake reality shows. You need to gather up the pieces of your broken identity and figure out which one of those you are because you can't get respect as news when you are frauds on a daily basis and none of us can enjoy watching FOX if you continue to try to force everyone to take you seriously when we all know you are a joke. Fox wants to have the respect of a news show, the look of a reality tv show and the content of a day time soap. Time to face reality - you FOX are no news show and haven't been for YEARS!!

Rick Sanchez is an American Patriot and a gutsy guy. Thank you Rick for calling out the FOX channels abuse of journalism.

And again, just like the last time he called out Fox News for its BS over CNN coverage, Sanchez maintains a calm demeanor, sets aside the political prism, and makes no personal insults toward anyone at Fox News.

You, Campbell Brown and your producers should be given medals for finally starting to call out "Fox News" for the very obvious propaganda machine it is, and has always been. Clearly, it's late in the game, but better late than never. So keep hammering them. It isn't like there's a shortage of material upon which to base your reporting.

This reminds of when a criminal, like for example a bank robber, becomes so successful at committing their crimes and get so arrogant after a long successful streak, that they start getting sloppy. Evenutally they get too arrogant and too sloppy, and they get caught. This is what happened to FOX NEWS CHANNEL.
