Kilmeade is "in denial" that Franken, who "is barely sane," is now Senator

From the July 1 edition of Fox News' Fox & Friends:

But those who remotely believe these Three Stooges* really need questioned about sanity.
*Not intended to dismiss the fine entertainment the Real 3 Stooges(+) gave us.
Comparing these morons to the Three Stooges only works when you compare them to Joe Besser, the worst Stooge of them all.
He sucked as a stooge.
What must they have thought about Bush/Cheney ?
Sadly, some of the morons that watch this crappy show will undoubtedly take Kilmeade's word that Senator Franken has mental issues without any proof what so ever. Just the word of a half-wit and his little helpers.
I would say that Senator Franken should sue these people for lying, but considering what happened to the two ex-Fox producers down in Florida a few years back... probably not the best idea...
Is she a woman? Yes.
Is she a Republican? Yes.
Therefore, she MUST be insane.
She is borderline certifiable.
DON'T ASK, DON'T TELL.
At Fox that means I can't ask a question by myself and I won't tell you anything not written from a producer
Maybe WKRP in Cincinnati is looking..didn't Les Nessman retire?
well thats life, you don't get what you want
Only in the world of the Doocy-bag and friends would a guy who wrote Rush Limbaugh is a Big Fat Idiot and backed it up, be "angry." These poor people have no idea what they're doing but a very good idea of what they're saying. Fox and Friends viewers must be among the most misinformed viewers in the history of television. And on that network, that's quite amazing.
One of FNC's favorite faux-journalistic throw-ins.
They are treating this like the election was stolen from them.
Why can't they simply say...
1. At the end of the election the margin of victory for Senator Coleman was 215 votes.
2. Minnesota law stipulates that if the margin of victory is less than 0.5% there is an automatic recount, which is what occurred.
3. The recount swung almost 500 votes in the favor of Al Franken, giving him a 225 vote margin
4. On Jan 5, the Minnesota State Canvassing board certified the recount totals.
4. On Jan 6, Senator Coleman filed an election contest, claiming that 387 absentee ballots were improperly discarded.
5. The 3 judge panel ruled in favor of Senator Coleman and said that 351 of the 387 absentee ballots should not have been discarded and were ordered to be counted.
6. After the 351 absentee ballots were counted, Al Franken's lead went from 225 to 312.
7. April 13, Minnesota courts confirms Al Franken as the elected Senator.
8. April 20, Coleman appeals
9. June 1, the case is heard by the State Supreme Court
10. June 30, his appeal was rejected by a unanimous (7-0) decision.
When I look at the facts, I think that this was an incredibly close race that came down to a handful of voters. But someone has to win and to hear these Fox reporters act like children makes me sad.
From what I have read I can't believe anyone would dispute the legitimacy of the process.
I want her to tell me who exactly who are the "some" in that throwaway line "some think is suspicious"
