Let me get this straight... the Republicans are saying that 119 million people will lose their coverage, but what they really mean is that their sugardaddy Insurance Corporate contributors will lose 119 million customers, who would voluntarily switch.

So, the key words here are "lose" and "voluntarily switch". Yeah, I can see where someone might get those confused.

In other words, the Republicans are LYING again.

It may not all be a voluntary switch if employer plans are dropped because of costs, etc.

Republicans are being characteristically short-sighted on this issue.

Certainly, some Insurance Companies will lose customers, but they've had plenty of time to solve this problem, and have failed.

On the positive side, if more people get coverage, there will be a greater demand for providers. If these Insurance Robber Barons were smart, they'd be investing in Minute Clinics all over the country. Walgreens is already doing this, and will, no doubt, make a fortune.

There will be more demand for doctors, nurses and technicians. The Healthcare industry is already booming; this will boost it even more.

I think the Republicans are exposing their own flawed logic.

"The Government is so inept and inefficient, how can we trust the government to run our health insurance, the private industry is better and more efficient." Followed immediately by, "If there is a public option, they would have a price advantage that the private sector can't compete with"

The only real difference is that the government is not trying to make a profit from the tragedy of its own people... That's something the insurance companies are doing.

Does the US Postal Service have such low rates that they priced UPS and FedEx out of the market?

Give it up Republicans... just admit that you are in the back pockets of huge lobbyists and you have no soul.

This is good for America.. Admit it!

Would that be because they have not designed a new policy to stay afloat or because the bloating that is allowed in their policy design will cause them to decist?
